Refund policy

BumFace is a print on demand store which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind (Exception for the European Union, please see below).

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. 

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification. The easiest way to exercise this right is online: sign in to your account and submit a cancellation or return request directly from your order. You'll receive an automatic email confirmation once your request has been submitted. Your item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number. If you'd prefer not to use the online form, you can also contact us at contact@bumfacestore.com and we will help you with the process.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
